About
Indian Constitutional Law Review (ICLR) seeks to analyse the development in constitutional law through legislative, judicial and executive process. It is a platform devoted to the cause of ‘constitutional governance’ in a liberal, democratic society promoting the rule of law based upon a culture of constitutionalism. It is quite fascinating to map the development of constitutional values, ethos and culture in a globalized society, where we seek to learn from the experiences, best practices of each other. Hence, a special emphasis will be attached to the comparative constitutional law developments.
