Constitutional Cases Repository

The Indian constitutionalism is a work in progress. With its vividness and extent of diversity – the Supreme Court of India as final interpreter of the Constitution of India has interpretated and provided meaning to the texts of the Constitution of India. The constitutional cases repository seeks to serve the legal professionals, law students and researchers in finding out the judgments and orders which the Supreme Court of India has adjudicated upon since its inception.
